The women of the family will joyfully guide you through the preparation of a traditional tagine, cooked over a charcoal-fired terracotta brazier. Paired with freshly baked bread, the tagine reveals its rich flavors and the timeless secrets of Moroccan cuisine!

Sunday Rural Souk
Rural markets are usually held once a week, and it’s best to go with a guide to navigate them! Between the animal market, fruit and vegetable stalls, and artisanal crafts, you’ll discover and taste all sorts of local treats. The tour ends with a tasting of camel meat (yes, really!). This gourmet walk is a true immersion into the daily life of rural Berber communities.
