Choose two recipes in advance, then join your host at the neighbourhood market to track down the catch of the day, fresh vegetables and local spices. Then it is time to prepare a generous, ocean-facing cuisine, before sharing your dishes around a convivial table.
Duration: 4.5 hours
Cooking Class on a Farm
Just 40 minutes from Agadir, escape the coastal bustle and head to Oumayma's family farm, a peaceful sanctuary filled with olive trees and very chatty peacocks. Alongside Oumayma and her mother Souad, get to grips with Moroccan "slow food" in an open-air kitchen of earth and bamboo to prepare a wood-fired tagine. While the meal simmers, you feed the animals, before enjoying your tagine all together beneath an enormous ficus tree.
Duration: 4 hours.
